Cat Hill has worked in every corner of the horse industry throughout her life. Growing up showing Arabians, doing hunters in college, fox hunting, racing, and eventing in Ireland after college. After that she worked managing elite eventer Mara DePuy's barn and travelling with the US team. Moving on to freelancing as a groom and trainer. S
Cat Hill has worked in every corner of the horse industry throughout her life. Growing up showing Arabians, doing hunters in college, fox hunting, racing, and eventing in Ireland after college. After that she worked managing elite eventer Mara DePuy's barn and travelling with the US team. Moving on to freelancing as a groom and trainer. She has groomed at the elite level and co-wrote 3 best-selling care books with Emma Ford "World Class Grooming for Horses", "World Class Braiding", and "The Kids Guide to Horsemanship and Grooming". She has specialized in training young horses, fixing foundational issues and helping horses find their happiness while working.

Cat believes deeply that everything must be horse-centered. The horse must enjoy their work, look forward to their people and their lives. Whether speaking about setting up their lives in the barn or their training routine, the horses well-being and happiness must always come first.
